CANCELLATIONS- Please give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a appointment. 50% of your appointment fee will be charged at your next appointment for last minute cancellations. No show appointments will not be rescheduled. Some exceptions may apply.

OTHERS WORK- I do fill others work, but there is a small fee. Please book under lash tech switch. In some cases I can not work with others work, and will have to remove and complete a new set in which case you will be charged for a new set. Please send photos of your current lashes if possible.

GUESTS-No children or guests may be brought to your appointment.

REFUND POLICY- You are paying for time, experience and product therefore no refunds will be given. If you are unhappy with your lashes a complimentary touch-up will be provided if contacted within 72 hours of application. If an allergic reaction occurs, a removal will be provided free of charge.
